TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS

Any content you use in conjunction with other photos, graphics, words, or materials that you incorporate into your goods is done so at your own risk. If your items feature any text, image, design, trademark, service mark, or copyrighted work that does not belong to you, you certify that you have obtained all necessary permissions from the rightful owners. You guarantee that your goods do not infringe on the rights of others, such as those related to copyright, trademark, slander, or privacy. By submitting an order through this website, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so and provide CROWNPACKAGES permission to manufacture the ordered goods.

WHAT THE CUSTOMER SAYS

You are solely responsible for the integration of combined content into your goods, including but not limited to photos, graphics, texts, and materials. You agree that your products will not include any content, image, design, trademark, service mark, or copyrighted material that does not belong to you or to which you have obtained the appropriate permissions. By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you are legally permitted to do so and give CROWNPACKAGES permission to produce the ordered goods on your behalf.

You understand that it is your responsibility to keep your password safe and to control access to your account. You agree to be solely responsible for any and all purchases made using your account. In order to store designs and fulfill print orders, you give CROWNPACKAGES a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use, adapt, modify, and create derivative works from the content.

COMPOSITION DATA

Only 72 DPI design files are available from CROWNPACKAGES. Please email us at info@crownpackages.com for a price quote on your high-resolution design files.

SEND IN YOUR ARTWORK 

Please send files in CMYK color mode at a resolution of at least 300 dots per inch. CrownPackages is not responsible for any problems that arise from the customer-provided artwork, including but not limited to color shifts in the conversion from RGB to CMYK.

ACCEPTANCE OF PROOF AND COMPARISON

Final proofs and a task specification sheet will be emailed to you for approval after you place your purchase. Please double-check all of the information to ensure its accuracy. If something is missing from the final sheet, CrownPackages is not responsible for it. Customers are responsible for any typos or design flaws, so review the proof carefully.

UTILIZATION OF RESOURCES

Please note that unless otherwise noted, the packing material we use is not FDA-approved for contact with food. Before placing an order, make sure your specifications for food-grade materials are clear.

DUTIES OF THE CUSTOMER

Before going to print, customers should inspect and approve all proofs and layouts. CrownPackages disclaims responsibility for the following types of mistakes:

Use of incorrect fonts or improper positioning of images

Flawed grammar and spelling

Uneven or improper folds, slices, or cuts

Improperly sized product

PRECISION IN COLOR

We’ll do our best to match the colors seen in the final proof you authorized, but we can’t promise perfection. Consider purchasing a hard copy proof at an additional cost to guarantee accurate colors.

INDEMNIFICATION

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrownPackages and its licensees, and the directors and employees of each, from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising out of any breach of these Terms or anything put into the goods by the user.

CANCELING AN ORDER

Cancellations are accepted up until the point where the order is sent to print. There may be different fees associated with canceling at various stages. For specific pricing information, please contact our support team.

PAYMENT PLANS AND CUSTOM DESIGNS

For design services, we do not provide returns. All purchases are final. In the event that we discover an error on our end, we will reprint the order.

REPRINTS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to report it. Within 10 days of delivery, return at least 99% of the products to initiate the reprint process.

TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY

We provide a variety of delivery choices, each with its own estimated time of arrival. While we make every effort to meet the deadlines provided, we cannot be held responsible for lapses in service caused by issues beyond our control.

TARIFFS AND DUTIES

International shipping fees and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Holidays

New Year’s Day, Christmas Day, and other holidays are all recognized by CrownPackages.

SHIPMENTS LOST OR DAMAGED

Inspect all packages immediately upon receipt, and notify CrownPackages and the courier service of any discrepancies or damages within 3 days.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

Our site and services are provided “as is,” without any explicit or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

LIABILITY RESTRICTIONS

Indirect losses resulting from the use of the site or the failure to provide items or services per your order are not covered by any of the warranties made by CrownPackages, its authorities, or affiliates.
